    Sousa heaps praise on German

"A player I promoted from the under 17s, I started to push him to train with the seniors, because some players with special characteristics when they are more physically prepared they can start to integrate with the first team because it helps to improve their level and he is someone who has good characteristics and good prospects. A player with a lot of mobility, good left foot for a striker, different from the others, good mobility and turn, always looking for the goal, a lot of intensity and he's young so he can work very hard for everyone."

If he can just work on his first touch a bit, we could have a real star on our hands...

As a pro footballer the first touch should be a natural thing....Maybe nerves as a youngster playing in front of 15k.

Keep going though 2 goals more then priskin

Don't think you can coach "touch" you either have it or you don't

agree it might be down to nerves.

The match did mark two debuts for Rangers, with on-loan Spurs midfielder Taarabt joining Reserves hot-shot Antonio German in making their bows.

But ultimately, not even the new blood couldn't inspire the R's, and they had to make do with just the solitary point.

In a bid to complete the double over the St Marys outfit, Manager Paulo Sousa shuffled his pack for the trip to the South Coast.

To be fair, he did bring him on first at Southampton away by memory.

played him for 20 minutes, not sure he played him again though

                      (could be wrong)

The one enigma for me is Balanta, Gorman rated him highly no-one else does?
