Connolly's 'goal'??

I am pretty sure it was ok. the free kick was struck ad it spun off the ball and Connolly ran past and nodded it on.

Can anyone confirm who was in line?

I was sitting in the upper loft and it looked that after the ball went through the wall if flicked off up German, and Connolly was infront of their last defender - therefore he was offside.
Only thing i'm not sure about was whether the ball went backwards from German.
Would be interesting to see again though.
