I just wanted to add how refreshing it is that the club have opened up and are meeting with fans groups again.

All the major forums and the Indy R's site have been invited in additional to the supporters clubs.

1. Announce pre season a good while in advance so fans can make arrangements to travel over rather than a week or 2 in advance!

Reduce ticket prices.
Reduce season ticket prices to the extent that it means that buying a S/T effectively means you get 8 home games for free.
Bring back Mel Johnson as chief scout.
Start scouting properly for players, not wait for agents to call Paladini or just
watch DVDs or TV.
Invest properly in the youth setup.
Lobby the football authorities to prevent Premiership clubs from stealing the best youth players from smaller clubs. If that is achieved, buy our own training ground and set it up for Academy status.
Sack Paladini and, if necessary bring in somebody who is professional and has the experience to be the "chairman" of the football club (if indeed that is even necessary).
Continual and ongoing consultation with supporters groups.
