    Question for The Accountants..Regarding QPR Debt

    Am I right in saying the debt is not much higher than in 2006, before the takeover?

      Rather than compare debt, if you compare net values, which are all of the assets less: all of the liabilities, then in:

      2006 - figure is £897,000 of positive reserves.

      2009 - figure is (£5,769,000) of negative reserves.

      So the net position has deteriorated by 6,666,000.

      However - I'd much rather be broke and funded by Amit et al, then how we were in 2006!
