I know where Chris is coming from we've always believed as a club in playing proper football. I just think that for a long time now we have been too easy to knock over. We need a bit of steel, even a bit of shouting. Nothing to say we can't keep some flair players but you need to get the ball before you can do anything too fancy with it. I always remember being in the Paddock and Tony Currie watching Gary Waddock looking to do something above his pay grade after winning the ball and TC shouting from a few yards away: "No, just pass me the f*****g ball." You need a Currie and a Waddock. I'm sure Warnock understands that because when he has had flair players he has looked to bring them on.

I heard Neils way is to turn up on Sats around 1pm and do his stuff then, he doesn't like going to the training ground apparantly.
