Not sure what the remit is.

For example we have two chairmans?

QPR Holdings Ltd Chairman Ishan Saksena
          QPR FC Chairman Gianni Paladni.

One concentrates on sponsorships, progression of the football club, overaall control off the field?? Season Ticket prices, everything not connected to the playing side. Business outside promoting QPR.

The other is the contact with the fooball league, meetings, liase with football officials, negiotiate player terms and contracts? (not sure about the last one, but it make sense) take for example Harry Redknapp he recognises a player and the chief exexcutive does the deal
ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Chairman of the football club is more a figurehead honorary position. the Chairman of Holdings is the man with the plan.

" Like to know one goal apart from Forest he has been responsible for?"
1st goal at Blackpool for starters, the bloke is poor and his kicking is abysmal

first part is probably a correct assessment.

In regards to keeper, Cerny has had a back niggle
