Mem, no offence but you do almost seem to enjoy either giving bad news or putting dampners on any positivity. I know you want warnock in asap, don't we all and it will happen.

MEM I will want an apology for this crazy outburst!!!

Very disappointed in you Paul, VERY dissapointed!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I take most of the 'itk' claims with a pinch of salt as so many have been wrong.

                  A bit harsh fella.

Hes only passing on what hes heard. Jeez, hes probaly no more wrong than 90% of the ITK ers on here and yet most of them dont get verbals.

                  He may even be right.....?

Thanks Mutley - the abuse is a bit hard to take - as you say,im passing on what i've heard off the back of bumping into Dowie at the hilton last week where he was 90% that he would be returning

I've supported R's for 35 years - and really want stability and success at our club

If its Dowie i will be fed up i can assure you

Let's be honest, we all want an Xbox, but neither of these could be considered such.... If Dowie's a Mega Drive, i would have Warnock as a Saturn at best.

There are so many managers i would rather we approached than these two, although that being said, i am sure both could do a good job if given time and control.

Also a note for those dissing Dowie, we all know what he did at Palace, but also before being sacked at Charlton after about 12 games, they ignored the fact in those games he got more points than their "messiah" Curbishly (who many think we shoud get) did in the same fixtures the previous season. He just happened to play most of the top teams in that batch of games. He wouldn't be my first choice, but he's no mug that's for sure.

If it is Dowie then so be it, for me I would prefer him but WTF do I know. The important thing is to get behind him or we are in real danger of playing Rochdale next season. But I guess if ID did get the job most will undermine him as they did the last time. If he wants to return after how he was treated he must be mad but good luck to him I say.

Whoever the manager they will get my full support, until that point I really hope it isnt Colin as that goes right against the grain and its unreasonable to show him any thing but contempt until god forbid he becomes our manager so of the options muted on here ID until the end of the season whilst not perfect is the best option

Sorry Paul, how on earth is ID a better option than NW. I just dont get it. Are we not supposed to go by track records rather than your gut feeling for personalities? Surely we do.

When the new CEO sat down and drew up a list of getable managers, who came out with a better track record for promotions than NW? I cannot think of anyone.

warnock's record speaks for itself. Also, the view that his teams play unattractive football and won't be in qpr way is ridiculous. It'll be slightly more direct but with players like buz, simpson, adel (hopefully), it will be good to watch!
Also, if teams come and play certain way ie. park bus and make it tight, on our LR pitch I think you have to go direct!!
