Both of you are clearly financial market experts and bring that expertise to the table. That background and experience will doubtless be very useful in managing the club. But what about managing the team? Would either of you see a role for yourself or the Chairman in team selection, tactics or transfer stargets/strategy?

In a nutshell could you set out for us what you see as the roles and the key differences between the posts of (a) coach/team manager, (b) the Chairman (DoF or whatever) and the (c) the CEO (d) the Board/Owners

It is thought by many fans that Paladini and Russell are the reason why fans are not attending games at W12 any more. What qualities do you think they bring to QPR FC on a day to day basis and are you confident these qualities will regain the fans trust, so they return to W12.

Why do you continue to employ that fraud Paladini?

I don't believe for a minute that some fans are not going simply because Paladini and Russell are in post. Tosh. If that were true how sad would they be; only reason why their place (or anyone's) on the pay roll could upset them that much is obsession. And a love of the drama/soap opera above all else. Of course I fully accept that some are disillusioned or worse and blame GP for that. But if Rangers were winning we wouldn't even be having the debate. Wouldn't be an issue at all.

That said, I can see that the paladini thing (Russell I am more doubtful of - he's a paid functinary so what's the point) should be dealt with in any probing. I am guessing he will say that he has full cinfidence and leave it at that. To be honest that is a fair answer if you are not paranoid/obssessed. But perhaps something along lines that "you must be aware that the role of GP has caused a lot of debate amongst some Rangers fans,. Indeed a vocal minority still seem to be calling for his removal. Could you explain to all what role he plays and why you think it is important that the post remains and why GP is best placed to fill it?

I can answer this as I'm sure anyone else can. It won't take us any further forward but if you must.....And if anyone wants to baulk at the GP squad being described as a vocal minority that was as polite as I could get. Prove me wrong. I count about two dozen obsessives on this site, and a few on others. I don't crise these sites usually, like most rangers fans don't. All this noise is just that. Noise. Would really be nice if we could just get over it and let the new management team have a pop. It's got a 100% record so far FFS!
