    Kitson..

..really classy finish by him in Stokes 3-1 defeat of Man.City last night.Proved he can do it at top level and was leathal for Reading in the Championship in their promotion season.Would still like him up top for us even though we couldn't meet his demands.Perhaps now Amit is on board would could go back for him??

i would like us to take a punt on the lad from swindon as he is only 20 and is scoring for fun.at the moment we could get him for a realistic price;but the price will go up if he keeps scoring and gets a call up for the u21,s as pearce watched him the other day

Charlie Austin has scored nearly a goal a game for Swindon since joining from Poole.

He looks like a decent prospect, and probably wouldn't cost too much, if he has a short termn contract. But if he is on a 3 year deal, don't expect QPR to buy him for less than £1M, especially sein as Swindon sold Cox for more than £1.5M.

As for Kitson, he turned down QPR because of Briatore and Paladini. He is not likely to be made available now that Stoke are in the FA Cup QFs and he is playing more games as a sub.

One goal don't make him a premiership player. Middlesbrough didn't keep him on either.

One goal certainly doesn't – but it doesn't do any harm either, especially as we are not exactly over-burdened with Premiership goalscorers.

And apparently it was Kitson rather than Boro who didn't want to extend the loan.

By someone at the Middlesbrough Evening Gazette, who in actual fact didn't particularly rate him. I guess everyone has their own opinions.
