    Sheffield United Boardroom Shenanigans

Some sort of spat, dispute and nonsense between current and former owners going on relating to financials... some reports suggest a 12pt point deduction could be an outcome.

S'funny, I semi-fancied bunging a few quid on them for the drop before start of season but I suppose odds would have shortened now.

I wonder if this will be another year where the league table gets mangled and distorted by points deductions flying about? Just keeping our noses financially clean could end up being worth a few places in the final shake up.

Really good news for this football club. I don't see it like you Abs, I have them down this year as a top 10 side in the league but we now have a 14 point lead over them, so that's 1 of the top 8 playoff spots under less competition and we have a 7 PT advantage over a very good Southampton side so we must push for 1 of those spots. This season is one that offers plenty of opportunities
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Im sure the £35m due by the current owners to the last ones will be paid instead of losing points. But it either shows some cashflow problems, or owners thst are savy and looking to hold onto their money as long as possible for cheap working capital.
