Hopefully with 2x gk off might bring one decent one in but can see us going with Walsh and Murphy

personally I’d love the keeper think it’s iversen was at rotherham think Preston lately always has a stormer owns the 18yd box as well

hayden not really made any impact last season obviously having a clear out with cook that’s 4 already gone it’s needed but so is some quality

I'm happy with Walsh. Maybe there are better goalies out there but we're not made of money and we have a more pressing need for players in other areas. I think Joe will continue to develop and improve and become a solid reliable fixture in the team for years. The hard bit is finding a decent keeper who is content to sit on the bench every week though.

Walsh is not good enough, a decent keeper can earn you 10 extra points a season. He's glued to his line , does'nt command the area , too quiet, prone to mistakes and does'nt instill confidence in the defence. Yes we need a decent centre mid , that is mobile , can tackle and pass , also 2 full backs but a decent keeper is a must get. Even a Prem youngster on loan or Murphy cooper would be an upgrade on Walsh.

Not sure out of those 3 GK, that we got rid of the correct 2. I always thought Nardi was clearly our best. But something must have gone on behind the scenes. We are always lightweight. RND and Dunne are robust (but have we signed RND)? With Cook and Hayden gone, we need to add a lot of toughness.

I think Nardi and Stephan were together elsewhere and Stephan didn’t rate him then so possibly left overs, Nardi imo lacked bravery but was better shot stopper to Walsh imo

RND under contract at Sheffield Utd I doubt he’ll get in over burrows who’s miles better player probably RND a better defender side of the game but burrows miles better going forwards

I agree we need so players with testicles coming in we’re a bit too nice at times

With Coventry going up, I'd love to get De Silva from them on loan. He's a brilliant LB.

It’s not that difficult for most fans to think after seeing Joe Walsh playing for most of the season that he’s a poor Keeper, but for those that must have been asleep.

This time not somebody’s opinion on Joe Walsh but stats to back it up.

This is from early in the season, so yeah after the 7-1 thumping by Coventry he was bottom of the list.

                      Is this deceptive?
I don't recall many worldies beating him but he's pretty much in the middle of goals conceded by 90 (surprising despite a couple of drubbings with him between the sticks) and I assume they are using xg chance of the goals he faced weren't high. So either he let in a load of howlers, teams scored worldies, or just basically the chances he conceeded weren't high chance shots on the xg ?
