There is a lot of criticism swirling about his performances and attitude.

if I recall correctly, CN is on record as saying Hayden's return was in large order generated by popular demand from fans on social media.

IF this is all tru , what does it say about the recruiting prowess of amateur data bots?

Hayden has mostly been okay but we need more than "ok" - we need a Shaun Derry or Barry Bannon-type "old head" who can read the game, stroll about, look after the ball and dictate our tempo.

Reading that reminds me of one of the first things Warnock did when he arrived, bringing in Shaun Derry and Clint Hill: two players who had played under the gaffer and knew exactly what he wanted: in a sense, acting as a couple of "enforcers" on the pitch, the backbone, and then bringing in his own previously scouted players like Jamie Mackie just to make sure that enough players would be pulling in the same direction. Not rocket science, but how well it worked.

JS and Nourry seem to have refused to play him due to age so when all the injuries occured he was totally out of form and result is what many of us can see now. He is clearly Lacking fitness and totally disinterested on the pitch.
