Watched the development squad last night seniors cup semi final.
5-1 win rangers.
If I'm honest I didn't see any player that could step up,
ball control left a lot to be desired and constant passing across the 18 yard box was heart stopping at times.
Still a wins a win and on to the final.

Same as all the rest,
not too bad, bit hit and miss but then so we're the rest.

Look at clips of our best teams in the 70s, we passed the ball accurately from back to front.

I saw some very small signs of our playstyle evolving to a more progressive passing side against Watford recently, that starts with defenders becoming comfortable in possession rather than treating the ball as a hot potato and going long and inevitably giving possession away.

I watched the U21s destroy Bournemouth last week thanks to a match winning performance from a team playing out from the back, on that day Jaylon Pearman resembled the elegant passing and ball striking skills of Trevor Brooking with 2 brilliantly taken goals and 2 assists.
