Kone looks absolutely knackered. I'd play Kolli and Bennie upfront and give King Richard VII a rest. What won't work is shoving Kolli (or anyone) on their todd up front cos we don't get anybody breaking forwards from midfield enough to support a lone attacker.

Wonder how the tickets are going? I imagine Saturday will have enthused a spike in sales a bit.

He didn't look right at all to be fair but with our injury list, he could possibly be playing when perhaps he needs a break. Having said that, our medical lot do tend to be very careful not to rush players back from injury so who knows.

As Abs says, I wouldn't be surprised to see Bennie & Kolli start. Perhaps Kone will get 30 mins.......?

Start of the week I was looking at 3 daunting games and wondering if we'd end up with zilch. Starting off with 3pts was most excellent but we're now left facing two stiff games.

The table is weird, too many big hitters started the season slowly so the table is lopsided. Current form is the best indicator. We are 15th, Hull are 13th, Saints are 2nd and Blades are 3rd. This kind of puts the Hull win into perspective - we beat a "midtable" team and now face two clubs displaying automatic promotion form.

Saints are WDWWWD at home. But they are not "blasting opposition teams" (F10 A5), they're efficiently getting the job done. We can definitely get something down there today IF we are awake from the first whistle and settle into our rhythm.

I'd have same starting XI as Hull if possible but I wouldnt bother with Vale out wide. I think he's so much better more centrally so having him as RM instead of RW gets the best out of him. Kolli could pull right a bit up front to occupy their LB and give us a bit of width - that might stop him and Kone getting in each other's way in the middle up front.

Whatever, I think we have the tools and personnel to get something. I'll go another 1-3 win for Rs.

Still banging on about getting to 50 pts to avoid relegation. The mindset should be top 6 from the first game of the season. Terrible negative objective to set the players!!
