  • Coming down from Inverness.

    Hi guys.

I'm coming down to London for the weekend and popping along to watch you take on Coventry. Just wondering where was best to sit? Been eyeing the West Paddocks but a bit higher? Just looking for a bit of a recommendation to be honest. Where do you guys go for a pint pre match too?

I'm a season ticket holder at Ibrox so shouting come on Rangers won't be an issue. But I'll be taking absolutely nothing to do with any hoops talk!

Looking forward to seeing Loftus road, always liked the look of it and come on the QPR.

    Cheers

For me, South Africa Rd stand, as near to the middle as possible.
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

I know there are a few Glasgow Rangers fans living on exile who support QPR. Hopefully this will be the first of many visits to see the blue and white hoops GarrieRFC.

And they are very welcome, most of my Scottish cousins are season ticket holders at Ibrox.

I usually sit in the Ellerslie Rd stand, renamed The Stanley Bowles stand - I love it, but it's seriously cramped for anyone over 6ft tall. Enjoy your day, a tough looking game, but you just never really know with QPR

And remember to sing "Four and twenty virgins" on your way down.

HAHA no chance mate , this is a one off. If we ever move to a new stadium i would get a season ticket but i can't sit in those seats at Loftus rd , too small. Fair play to all those that still go but not for me. I used to go with my son then he started playing non league and i preferred watching my son play to be honest , he emigrated to Australia and i could'nt be bothered to start going Rangers again. Must admit though Bus i do miss the old days going on Roys coach , we had some great times.

I stopped going in 91 then started taking my boy in 96 then stopped again 2011 , just been to the odd games since then. The standard is so poor now but i know its about more than that , a good day with mates , spoilt by the football.
Yes Roy is a diamond , did'nt know he lived Bognor , i know Mark C moved out that way.
