Is he due back this millennium?
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

I think JS said hes back with the first team squad training. But with Cook on the subs bench there doesn't seem any immediate rush. Get him playing some reserve games and maybe on the team sheet in four weeks time to give give others some time out.

      Just another pathetic sick note.
Shouldn't be anywhere near the first team.
What we need now is consistency from players who actually want to play.

Get rid as soon as possible.
      Blokes another waster.

Would not say a waster,Taylor Richards was one of those, he is just made of glass and injured to often. Real shame because I believe he could have played in the Premiership.

I have some sympathy for him. Keeps getting knocked down but keeps trying to get back up again. Shows some character and commitment. If it's frustrating for us imagine what it's like for him.

Hopefully he can get back to playing and we can manage his playing time for our and his benefit. It is very much a squad game these days and he has shown himself to be a good player.

Even if he comes back this season and gets 15-20 games, do we extend him when his contract expires at the end of his season if we're still in the championship?

If we did it would have to be a pay as you play deal surely? I remember the lad Robinson, I think, who had terrible injuries for us, got back fit but we didn't extend and then became ever present for Forest.

I’m pretty sure we offered Robinson a new deal and turned it down and left

Must admit my patience is running thin. I know modern footballers are ultra lean and ripped with a BMI of 15 but he don't look like a centre back to me. When I see photos of him I wonder why there's string hanging out of his shorts and then I realise it's his bleeding legs! As ever, I'd love him to prove me totally wrong and he gets a season of fitness to reclaim his slot at heart of our defence.

That's quite possible, but maybe a low deal based on his injury history at the time. No loyalty for paying his wages whilst he was constantly crocked and then becomes ever present elsewhere.

He was kind of "rushed" back each time because we needed him.
I don't think we need him right now so hopefully he gets the time he needs to build up strength/fitness and gets an injury free spell.

That said, if I were QPR decision makers he'd be getting a reduced offer to stay so he might end up just walking.

Reduced wage of £7.5k a week that gets boasted to £10k pw for 15 appearances, £12.5k pw for 20 appearances and £15k pw for 25+ appearances.

If he can get better elsewhere then all the best for the future.

Does anyone know what longest streak of injury-free uninterrupted appearances JCS has made since signing for us? It feels like he's broken down at least three times after returning from injury (and within a few weeks of each return). This is total guesswork and assumption on my part and I could be doing him a disservice though.

Somehow get shot of him and get Edwards

Capology has his wages at £10k a week.
