    Well said Stanfan.

Its a test and adjust situation at the moment. In addition to Norrington-Davies and Siato, I think we'll bring in at least one experienced central midfielder this week. And maybe another when the loan window opens.

The plan is sound but the squad needs a few older heads to support the young guns on the pitch.

Let's see what develops over the next two weeks.

You have just described the situation of 72 EFL clubs but we are being pisspoor at "delivering the vision" though if you'll excuse me slipping into Nourry speak.

it's inconceivable JS comes through the door and immediately decides to drop the club's solid dependable experienced GK who played 45 games last season for a wet behind the ears rookie. It doesnt make any sense at all. He is clearly following orders from upstairs in terms of team selection and I feel he is also handcuffed to our demented formation and approach that Cov gleefully dismantled yesterday.

What does this all do for squad morale if they know certain players will get picked irrespective of their performance? How can any of them take JS seriously given he's just a puppet? There is nothing sound at all about any of this - the club is being corroded and wrecked from within by a joker who is pulling the wool over too many people's eyes.

Ruben needs to step-in and get some football people into the key roles and fire the tech bros who spend all day looking at data and algorithms rather than watching real football getting played on bitter winter afternoons.

Managerially we need a Warnock or Wilder or Dyche or Neill or some other battle-hardened EFL gaffer with a track record of getting things done in The Championship. That manager then needs autonomy to do whatever it takes to pump the opposition in the butt every Saturday. A manager who can foster that Clint Hill "band of brothers" mentality of finding a way to get the job done.

Quite ABS but have we seen any indication that Ruben is aware of the comi/tragedy being played out in front of him. Who does he listen to other than the man most responsible for our troubles?
