I have to say im very excited by his appointment. In his Arsenal days they were solid and his experience could be invaluable to help JS adapt to English football. I think I read that JS likes strong defence midfielders, so I think we'll be hard to beat.

With strong focus on defence we will need to break quickly on the counter. Im struggling to see a role for Madsen who's hardly Mr. Energetic. I can see him moving on now.
