I see the Director of Performance is returning to the club in a full time capacity - having failed miserably juggling lots of things last season. Don’t see anywhere whether he’s gonna be based at the club or still in Dubai?

My reading of the situation is that he's now full time and based at HQ.
With Marti looking to jump ship how many of the minor injuries were down to players not wanting to play for Marti?
Im just not convinced the extent of our injuries were down solely to Williams acting as a consultant based in Dubai. We had plenty of "hands-on" medical guys around. Williams could look at test results and scans and give advice just as well from a far as he could from the London.
Perhaps some of our camp weren't happy under Marti and weren't prepared to do the extra for him?
