I've asked the same question of SM to put to the football club chairman
I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

I simply don't understand why we need 2 chairman, there aren't 2 boards.

Is there an accountant amongst us who could explain?

I might be wrong but from what I understand Paladini will be responsible for all football matters.

Saksena is responsible for all business matters, providing funding etc, Paladini will oversee how this money is spent either by delegating the responsibility to manager or doing it himself.

Nowadays Managers go to chairman and say I want so and so or something similar. Chairman then tries to make this happen.

Worrying? Not sure what he has done to get a promotion????????

Southampton had problems after the holdings company went bust, not the actual club itself.

Not sure how it works, but maybe it's a tax thing,to lower taxes.

Would like to know how it actually works.

Say Warnock asks to sign Neil Danns, Gianni will try hard to sign him.
So its Warnocks signing but Gianni pulls the deal together, thats what he is saying.

If true, theres naught wrong with that, good news.
