Sounds like a speculative chancer hoping Chair was gonna bung them a few quid to keep quiet. Appears Chair has told them to eff off so the chancer is having a final blast at milking some money via an ambulance chaser lawyer. I'm not aware of Chair ever being nicked, charged or questioned by police over this so it's hard to see it going anywhere? I dunno Belgian system but it would seem this is a civil action and I'd assume Chair has deep enough pockets to see the trucker off.
I suppose that's the life of a pro-footballer........ always a toerag out there thinking they can extort or con some dosh off them.
