    Eze - Palace Contract

They are rumoured to want to offer him £5m a year, £100k week, to avoid losing him.

If he signs a new contract I suppose we wont get FA in a follow up payment?

The boy is doing okay since stacking shelves at night for Tesco...!!!

We won't get nothing for him signing a new contract no, but the sell on fee remains regardless of how many new contracts he signs.

£100k per week is chump change. Most of the "big 6" pay twice that amount to their top players. Maybe Palace were able to keep Saha by chucking wages at him but I don't think any of the big teams ever wanted him that much anyway, he was too "headless chicken". Eze is a different kettle of fish end I can see the top European clubs being happy to sign him AND pay him top dollar too.

Eze a far better player than Zaha, better final ball ability can pick a pass as well and can droft past players without effort

Think palace will want him to sign to command a larger fee but he will get picked up by a top club far too good to stay at palace

Longer the contract the better, do not let him run it down and leave for nothing as it affects us then.

But if he leave for free? CP will never let that happen but you'll never know.

Well if he leaves for free then that speaks for itself, we get nothing.

Hopefully Palace will have enough points between themselves and the bottom three come Jan and may feel a bit more relaxed in cashing in during the next window.
