Anyone having problems viewing vids on off?

Ive got the plus pass for overseas supporters, usually i have no problems viewing videos, now they are asking me to open a “club Account” before i can the highlights of the game.

Anyone else got this?

last thing i need is another account and another bloody password.

I had that issue last week and also have an Plus season pass, but it has been fine today and accepting my regular login info.

I've been on to the club that I can't buy tickets on the new website , they phoned me today but was in hospital.
They also emailed so I will call them tomorrow.
