The manager should be the most important , if you get a good manager he can get you organised and even with sub standard players he can get you results.
We don't need a DOF , the owners should trust the manager to run the club .
All those roles are important but the manager should be able to make the most difference , i'm worried that our manager is not up to the job but time will tell.
