Credit where it's due, well done to one and all. Never mind only getting a draw against Burton Albion: our senior side would've lost that one.

Sterling apart, whatever happened to the rest of the youngsters? Any of them made it as professional footballers?

If the winning prize is a ticket to a tournament in Batumi, Georgia - on the coast of the Black Sea, with Russia and Turkey as neighbours and Crimea and Ukraine on the other side of the coast - what did the runners-up get? Street-footy tournament in Yemen?

    Well Done our U12s

This deserves a mention on here. Congratulations to our future stars.

CONGRATULATIONS to QPR Under-12s who recently returned home victorious from an international tournament in Lithuania.

Founded in 2010, the Ateitis Cup is a prestigious youth football tournament attended by more than 7,000 young footballers from over 20 countries every year.

This event takes place in Vilnius, capital of Lithuania.

Rangers’ Under-12s went undefeated in their particular age category – winning five and drawing one of six games contested.
