It's a tricky one. It's definitely something he has learnt and taken something out of during Ollie's time as rangers manager. I think it adds some humour to a very serious environment, people will have different views on it. I run a team of 15 and I do think it's important to provide a relaxed environment as you do get more out of happy workers.I played sunday league football today.
