HQ is worth #### all.

It has a covenant on it so it can only been used for community use. A Qpr fan and QC called Nick de Marco took up the challenge to get the covenant removed, and failed. Its lack of redevelopment opportunities was one of the reasons we couldnt get lending facilities from traditional banks snd went down the ABC Panama funding when Paladini was CEO. Nick de Marco was on the Board at that time.

That was my understsnding during the Paladini era.

But the link (full report) embedded in the site below does not directly reference this, which is strange. But it does say redevelopment for residential housing....whether that means social housing i dont know. I suppose if HQ has a community covenant and you provide the same, or better, community facilities at the redeveloped Linford Christie stadium its a mute point?
