We were after Vydra, but he opted to sign for a club abroad, we are also after Denis Undav from Brighton on loan

That does tell me that we are in the market for a striker, so hopefully we do get some players in come January.

Oh well, sounds encouraging. Hope they get business done ASAP - after Fleetwood we have three games that look reasonably winnable on paper if we can actually score some goals. Will do my head in if we don't make a move til end of January and the player(s) we get then need a bit of time to "ease into the swing of things" or "shake off a bit of rust". We must get someone who's fit and raring to go.
