I have a notification, but when I click on it nothing is there. Anyone else having the same?

Whilst questioning this, I have noticed that the site's clock seems to be one hour ahead. Is it just my subscription? It's a bit confusing when half an hour after a 3 o'clock kick off, it says it's16:30
