The pair completed their £14 million takeover in November, spending £690,000 to acquire their 69 per cent majority stake in the club. Ecclestone spent £150,000 on his 15 per cent, while Briatore, through his British Virgin Islands registered company, Sarita Capital, bought 54 per cent for £540,000. He has since sold on 20 per cent of his stake to Mittal.
Before today:
Briatore 34%
Bernie 15%
Mittal 20%
Other 31%
Meaning that if Briatore still has 20% as others are suggesting then he has only sold 14% to the Mittals which means they have just 34%

Very unlikely -- those are all the minority shareholders like my dad, almost all are fans, who refused to sell up a couple of years ago when FB et al. wanted to buy them out for a pittance.Originally posted by Bigears View PostUnless he brought up some off the remaining 31% of the "other" shares.
They refused then, so unlikely to have sold now.
The figures that were originally quoted, which sound very possible, are:
Mittals 50%
Others 31%
BE 15%
FB 4%
It certainly isn't 60%/20%/20%.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########
