I can't see much happening in the January window unless our hand is forced due to long-term injury(s) to key player(s) need covering.

If I were board, I'd remind Warburton that they'd saved his bacon last January and did more decent work over the summer - ball is now very much in Warbs' court in terms of getting the best out of what he's got.

I'd also have a quiet word about why many players are not developing and quite a few seem to have gone backwards under his stewardship..... the plan is to cash in on Chair/Dickie/Dieng in next 12-18 months but they're not going to bring in big fees if they keep turning in mediocre ineffective error-strewn performances.
