Austin out - retrospective suspension

Leaves us very light on Saturday and without a recognised striker

the full back positions can be sorted out (Odubajo looks no better than Kakay or Kane).

The forwards however will be far more difficult to replace, especially if replaced by Willock and Adomah (neither are centre forwards). Looks like we could be playing with a false No. 9 unless we have one within our ranks or get a loan in before Friday.

Didn't see the game ..how bad did the Dykes injury look?

I don't think Austin will be punished for the "clash of heads". If I am not mistaken, EFL can punish a player retrospectively if the ref failed to spot a dangerous incident. But from media reports afterwards I see that the ref was aware of the situation and said he considered it a "clash of heads". So I think we can expect to see Austin against Barnsley.
