Tonight was an opportunity for some of our fringe players to make a point to Warburton and unfortunately other than Thomas I don’t believe anyone has done that. The first 20 minutes was great and then we went completely off the boil.

I sometimes feel for Adomah being a bit part player and this was the perfect opportunity to make a claim for a starting spot however a combination of misplaced passes and wasted chances will lead to more bench warming for him.

Poor performance second half and we are very lucky to be in the next round. Roll on Saturday and get the strongest 11 back out there.

Bettache and Dozzell started really bright. A few overhit passes from Bettache and definitely not the worst performance. I think he needs to get out on loan to a league 1 team get some regular games under his belt a bit like what Chair did a few seasons ago.

Bettache did really well. Liked the fact he always wanted the ball. A loan would do him the world of good. Jimmy Dunne was good also. Thomas started brightly but faded in second half as we couldn't keep the ball in the opposition half. Decent player thou. We will need him.

I think Bettache and Dozzell are very similar players , both neat and tidy with 5/10 passes but I don’t think both can play in the same team as they both do the same thing . Midfield needs a ball winner and a bit of drive ( johansen).Balance didn’t seem right , just passing for the sake of it .

The first 20-25 minutes we was decent however on reflection I think you’re right with the above regarding the players that didn’t do theirselves any harm. It’s a real shame we couldn’t carry the first 20-25 minutes throughout the whole game. Dykes looks like that player we had in the first half of last season I’m really hoping he finds his end of season form again.

Did anyone see Warburton with Adomah at the end of the game? Looked like he was giving him an ear bashing for jumping into the crowd. I really don’t think they get on and I don’t think Warburton really rates him at all. Just my opinion

I think we've played A LOT worse against lower league clubs, in-fact I don think, I know!! haha!

I think Warbs was pissed off, as the club released a statement saying they wont be even taking selfies right now. Akward.
