      I like the way you skip the getting fit bit.
      You must be well behind schedule and you shouldn't be hanging around with 5 bellies.
      I am serious you need to get out there and train.
      The light is much better now.
      doubt you could run 10 miles, just because your thin means nothing.
      I played sunday league football today.

      Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

      I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

      We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

          Scott good luck in the marathon, hope you are running it in a rangers top.

          One great thing about running London is having a pee on the Evening Standard.

          They have Evening Standard written in 3ft high letters outside there entrance in Docklands. So far I have managed to pee on them in 3 Marathons (along with hundreds of other runners)

          Serves them right for all the crap they printed about us.
