    We have a reasonably good squad with the loan players and it proves we need one or two more accomplished players to make progress. Otherwise we will stay a lower half/ midtable Championship club for years to come.

    Bonne good enough to score 11 last season for Charlton yet not good enough for Warburton this time. Go figure.
    Dickie is a good player as I said, Kelman is at least a year or two away from being ready which is fine, but we need a more accomplished striker like Austin for next season.

    Who knows, Dykes may have a better season next time ( he cant get much worse), but again he will need better quality supporting and around him.
