I'm adamant that selling to progress is total ######.
You can't progress by selling your best players.
Ultimately you run aground and the ship sinks.

Brentford have done quite well buying and selling but havent made it to the premiership yet. We've got a long way to go until we're in their position. The Board gave done their big spending and now want to limit how much they put in now. Big money 'investment' in players will only happen with new owners.

I did a bit on research on Manning last night, nine appearance for Swansea this season and left us for £10k a week. But my point is the Swans are paying Ayew £83k a week, in the championship!! From an investment perspective, how much is enough?
