    Gareth Ainsworth

    QPR LEGEND!

“Every other week of the year I want QPR to win, believe me,” he said.

“I played for what I consider to be one of the greatest clubs in the country.

“I love the place, but I also love Wycombe Wanderers and what they’ve done for me.

“So it was all about Wycombe for me, but if Mark Warburton and QPR can go on to fantastic things then I’ll be a proud man.”

Shame there wasn’t a crowd in last night to give him the reception he deserved.

It’s only a matter of time until he’s our manager, I’m sure of it.

I hope he doesn't, it will only take a few games before he starts getting abuse by the people who love him now.

Like his system playing high line and shoot on sight like they done to us. A little more quality then......then again all about money.

Is he the longest serving gaffa in football ??

agreed and they are not likely to play at QPR next season when crowds return.

                        Agree with that.

He is best remembered by us as the fantastic player he was and not tarnished by a spell of managing QPR as the late, great Ray Wilkins.
I wish Wilkins had never managed QPR full time and then all I would have are the fond memories of watching him play for QPR (he played more games for QPR than Man Utd).

I think so as he has been there since 2012.

Warburton will be here next season and GA will end up managing Preston or a club like that I feel. I guess he is from the northern part of England?

I believe he is originally from Blackburn.
