It's not a fixture. It's not a friendly. It's a training game. Score is irrelevant - it's no more than a training drill. The whole world knows we would snot West Ham in a competitive fixture, something we will prove home and away next season.

Knowing you Abs, that's not good news for WHU finish this season.

There were 3 games of 45, 20 and 20mins. Rangers used 23 players. Eze played 20 mins for West Ham.

Eze didn't play for Spam, there was a rumour some hammers started spreading on Twitter as a windup.

That would not have happened in a million years .

They're deffo finishing in bottom 3. I'm still unconvinced anyone will get relegated from the prem. Imagine the stink, hoo-ha and threat of legal action the pornographers will kick up when they end up in the drop zone.

Why would there be legal action if the competition plays out? On what basis could there be legal challenge?

Playing 3 months of games in 1 month all in empty stadiums is not normal - pretty easy to cobble together an argument to demonstrate that the "goal posts moved" midway through the season. Even if you consider such a stance to be flimsy and spurious that's not the point, the tactic will be the threat of action and the ensuing costs, delays and chaos that would entail. Any team not currently in bottom 3 that ended up in bottom 3 at the end of this circus would stand to lose £millions - why wouldn't they roll the dice and spend a £million on some fancy lawyers to wriggle out of it? Thinking about it, whoever finishes in bottom 3 could club together in a united resistance, a sort of class action. Even if they ultimately fail to stave off relegation they might manage to screw some sort of financial compensation package instead.
You need to stop thinking of this as a sporting competition. It's actually a TV show now, no reason it can't then morph into a soap opera and legal drama too - maybe Judge Rinder could deal with preliminary hearings?

Of course that's possible, but I think it's highly unlikely to happen.

I believe that by agreeing to play the remaining 9 games, is an agreement that you will accept the outcome regardless. IMO.
