Should Grant Hall be offered a new contract?

Out-of-contract in the summer, and QPR are yet to open negotiations..

Does Hall deserve to stay at the club?

Here's my take on it: https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/he...l-six-pointer/

Yes. Especially if Toni leaves in the summer

If he can finish off the season without any new long term injury then he should be given another year, or two. Are we going to get anyone better to replace him?

Yes, new contract pronto. Like you say we need older heads at the back to stop the likes of Masterson going off on the attack like he likes doing sometimes.

Only if he takes a pay cut otherwise no he will leave on a free transfer to someone that will pay him more .

Personally I would say yes. Has had the odd niggle but has been reasonably solid this year. Good enough at this level.

Depends how confident we are with our scouting and who else is out of contract

I don’t mind Hall staying, I don’t mind him going. Ultimately I think it would be better for him to move on so we can get a reliable (injury wise) player we can count on

Id also imagine his wages are too high for what he gives this football club but that’s just a guess
                  Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                  And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Think he will go and we will get Carter Vickers as part of the Bos/Eze deal.

I think most agree he deserves an offer of a contract but it will be on reduced money to what he’s on now . If he gets a better offer elsewhere he will leave and that’s fair enough .

If the terms are affordable, then yes another 2 year deal.
Leistner will be going and Masterson , Barbet and one more CB is likely to be needed.

                              Pay as you play IMO.

Might help focus him into keeping out of the treatment room every 5 minutes.

Seems to spend way too much time injured when he has the luxury of a contract so pay as you play will better for us.
No club is gonna be able to keep known sick notes on their books after all the financial losses due to covid-19.
