if Warnock or any other manager comes in than GP will leave or have a different title to SportinG Director so that fans cannot point the finger on who comes and goes on the playing side.

Also if Mittal buying out FB's 30 per cent stake, that doesn't add up....
Mittal 20%, then I though FB & BE each had 40% = 100%
So does that suggest FB will retain 10% interest ?
And what about BE's stake ? Anyone buying that ? Similar deal ? Or not ?

Guessing the way around Warnock saying "NO formal approach to him"

is that the administrators maybe be approached and can hardly refuse if we can believe the offer on the table. They are in the business of re-couping money for their client who is actually owed 4 million, so the figure being muted will not be able to be turned down

i thought that flavios shares were split. some were personal shares owned wholly by him and the rest owned by sarita capital (?)

If Mittal buys 30% that makes him the mjaority shareholder who makes all the decisions, Flavio and bernie have a steak of 20 each.
