LR is just as easy to type as HQ, if acronyms are your thing -- can't understand why people call it HQ, as though it's part of a James Bond set or something.

Hadn't noticed till it was pointed out, to be honest.
Just don't see why we can't call our ground by its name?
Doesn't irritate me, just makes me wonder...

I always thought HQ meant 'Home of QPR'

I think the term "hq" has recently been introduced.

soon players will have agents names like 007

Urgh I hate it when some people say HQ. Just say LR for **** sake. That is the name of our staduim not HQ.

HQ is used in Racing-Newmarket,Cricket-Lord's,so it's a logical term for QPR supporters describing the home of QPR.
