If Dowie is at Loftus rd on sat or tomorrow night it will be because he is working for sky.

Despite another rumour Dowie is liked by many at the club and when Magilton left thats who the players wanted, so not at least surprised.

I really hope it's not him. Like f@*k that's who the players wanted. That's what we're wanted to believe. Dowie should never had been sacked, granted, but if I could chose between him and Warnock...Warnock wins all day.

                I think they favour Warnock.

Okay he says they haven't spoken to him, but Warnock said that Moses would be going to Real Madrid and ended up at Wigan

even Dowie would be better than Harford, but obviously Warnock would be a much better choice

I'd rather Warnock but I have previously said I thought we would have made the play offs had Dowie been given the season. Also could he get John Harbin back? That guy worked miracles with the fitness of our players!

I think Dowie was building something good here. Scouting, fitness etc..
Sacked after a 0-0 at Swansea? I'd snap your arm off for that result now.
We'd just won away at Villa, and were looking solid.

Good coach, good man, very well respected, and I could live with that.

Wouldn't be my first choice, or even 3rd (I'd like Curbishley, Coppell, Keegan or Warnock ahead of him)... but his sacking was a total joke, that we never really recovered from.

If you want a manager with good looks.. we tried that too.

But let's not go down that particular argument again, eh?!
