I think football clubs that have a women's squad are storing up a heap of trouble in the future. It's only a matter of time before a female player takes their employer to court claiming they should get same pay as male counterparts. If say, Ellen Wood sued in order to achieve wage parity with Sergio Agueroooohhhhh I can't see how Courts wouldn't uphold her claim - she's doing exact same job.
I'm not digging out Women's Football - I'm just saying that professional male clubs should not have female squads..... it will bite them on the bum at some p0int in next few years.Comment
