I get he used to be a top player and still has a profile but coaching? Every time he speaks he comes across as monumentally stupid. I've come across village idiots with better communication skills.

It is a major coup them getting him - a sign of a progressive and ambitious club. I'm glad he will not be on pitch and I suspect his involvement will be deliberately low-key and designed not to undermine the manager tomorrow so it shouldn't have any material outcome to their performance (or ours).
