Just my take.

I know nothing about the goings on within the club. I hear things from various people, but that doesn't mean to say things are gurenteed to happen.

Is there a chance this will happen?
Of course, but there is also a chance that the Mittals will go to Leicester, Flav will still pick the team and have Pique be the new face of QPR.

Only things in public domain is that Sven has been approached by an un-named English club and the Palace administrator has (reportedly, whether it has any substance is another matter) received an offer of £1,000,000 for the services of Neil Warnock from us and is considering it.

Think Warnock has to meet Administrator this week.
