He was on Talksport this morning too, just kept bigging up Palaces spirit and their amazing support. He's going nowhere I tell you.

      I don't blame him.

Why come to a club that the players and owner decide the fate of a manager!!!!!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I like Warnock but I don't believe for a second that he'll come here. We should go after Coppell. Offer him a big fat bonus if he can keep us up and give him full control over the players.

With you there. We have more chance of getting Coppell, he's a free agent and Flav will have nothing to pay anyone. He'd be my man for the job.

Having said that we shouldn't employ a decent manager until Briatore has left the club. They will either be fired or frustrated and want out before they've had the chance to prove themselves.

Coppell, Curbishley or Warnock should only be appointed when Tango man has sold up.

                    Thank you Jim!

I am sorry you had to waist your time answering on my behalf but it is nice that I am not the only person on planet earth at this time of the morning.

I agree we have changed our managers far to often, having said that at every club it is usually down to the players and owners the manager stays!

As I said on an earlier thread,Colin won't be coming to Rangers 'cos we only pay compensation for a manager when they are on the way out of the door, not coming in!!!
I came here to chew gum and kick ass,and I'm all outta gum!

Well lets wait and see rumours are that we have made an approach Palace are in administration at the moment if we were to meet the compensation required by Palace then why not?

There are big changes happening behind the scences at the moment, GP (as rumoured) has resigned as Sporting Director and The Mittalls (lfingers crossed) are keen having a more hands on role.

If the moneys and package is right for both parties then I think it would be slightly naive to think we have no chane at all of getting him.

                          Lets see what happens.

I agree but the fact is if things carry on the way they are going we will be playing League 1 football at the moment.

I think we are alot closer than people think though but things can change in football quickly.
