    How have they spent 12 million when i thought they were close to ffp problems ?

      I don't think they had particular FFP problems, just a lot of debt (>£50m) which is not a problem under FFP, ironically.

              If not, I think they are just gambling on going up and with Puscas scoring goals they stand a very good chance

                  seems QPR are the only team who got done for FFP, no one else in the UK
