Did you hear about the Liverpool bloke who was stopped in his car last week? The police confirmed that he had a full drivers licence, MOT, insurance and tax. There was no damage to the car, they didnt find and drugs or items stolen and the driver passed a breath test. The police said they had no alternative but to fine the driver £80 for wasting police time!
