they reckon Millwall and Luton have a better chance of staying up and Birmingham slightly less favourites for the drop than us at 4-1I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Around this time last year, the odds were;
Promotion
Stoke 13/8
Middlesbrough 11/4
West Brom 11/4
Nottingham Forest 10/3
Leeds 7/2
Swansea 7/2
Aston Villa 9/2
Brentford 9/2
Derby 9/2
Relegation
Bolton 6/5
Rotherham 6/5
Ipswich 3/1
Hull 7/2
Reading 4/1
Millwall 9/2
QPR 9/2
Birmingham 11/2
So the only promotion contender they got correct was Villa, who only went up by via the play-offs.
Worryingly, they got the relegated teams spot-on.
I don't take too much notice though to be honest. I think there's at least 3 worse teams than ours in the league and we'll be alright again this year. Just depends on how the new players "gel".

You’re not allowed to be negative.
dont post stuff like that even tho it’s trueUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes

Nobody has a clue at this stage.
In my view best pre-season in years for which credit must go to Warburton and Les.
Only really lacking a couple of strikers which is understandable. Some of the dross going for £10m+ we are doing what we had to do last season and wait until teams willing to loan players out they would otherwise sell.
Nice fresh squad, new manager. If our next couple of signings are half decent may not be all doom and gloom. Bearing in mind we are coming back from SMC and Ollie seasons people should be optimistic.

I think those odds are probably about right, although we are a bit of an unknown quantity, we'll have a much better idea in 2/3 weeks.
Personally, I hate gambling on QPR, I have the odd bet or two on other games, but just find I have enough emotionally invested as a fan of qpr already and don't like having a bet riding on it as well.
