I think we need wingers and 2 more strikers at least! Right back looks abit short too.

a young rb Sterling (would have been ideal). - Kakay needs to go out on loan and prove himself good enough to come back .
If Leistner is going a replacement will be required.
At least one other centre forward, so that Oteh (same as Kakay)
Another CM if Goss and Luongo leave.

Dominic Ball is not a winger at all.

Think we need:

CB - if Leistner goes.
LW - although both Chair and BOS can play there.
CF - absolute priority to get someone experienced in the division to help with the pressure the youth will be under. Someone like Gary Hooper / Jordan Rhodes although only if wages are affordable.

Cameron is a useful backup Centre Back - may even be his best position. Can also cover Right Back though a bit slow now. Not sure why Ball is shown as RW - he is defender (CB, RB or DM). Matt Smith can also play Full Back.. Agree we need 2 strikers and a winger. Creative midfielder who can take set pieces would also be useful.
